Because you are ordering products direct from the factory, you can order ANY of our Products - in ANY of our Fabrics - in ANY of our Styles - in ANY sizes - from Youth XX-Small to Adult 6XL - and we will custom manufacture it for you!
And - YES - we can make BOWS to match!
Our standard Spanky Short inseam length is 2-1/4". Longer inseam lengths can be Special Ordered through ICupid Customer Service. If a 4" inseam length is required, please order the Power Short. ICupid Power Shorts are available in all Fabrics.
All ICupid Spanky Shorts come standard with a small pocket on the front side seam - and are a FAN FAVORITE with most cheer and volleyball teams!

ORDER & PROCESSING TIME:
All ICupid orders are processed Monday-Friday and within 48 hours from receipt. We do work hard to get our orders out quickly, but the Production process takes a minimum of 10-12 days, and our average production time is 14-21 days. Sometimes your order takes longer due to fabric availability and factory production volume. Please add 2 to 6 additional days for Shipping, depending upon shipping method and your location.
Rush processing or Expedited shipping are available for an additional charge.

ICupid offers over 200+ different colors, fabrics and styles - so ALL ICUPID ORDERS ARE CUSTOM PRODUCED TO YOUR ORDER at our factory in Texas. Your ICupids are proudly Made in the USA!
IF your fabric selection is not available within our standard production/delivery time, you will be contacted via email to either: (1) re-select a different fabric, (2) Wait the additional time to order the fabric from the mill (if it is still available); or (3) receive a full refund on your order.
SIZERS:
We used to offer sizers to teams for large team orders, but due to liability issues, we can no longer offer our "Size and Return" Program.
SPECIAL REQUEST or CUSTOM FABRICS**:
ICupid offers more than 200+ colors, fabrics and styles - more than any other Cheer/Dance vendor! However - if you are looking for a SPECIFIC COLOR (or combination of COLORS) or STYLE or SPECIAL PRINT - please Contact ICupid Customer Service - and we will search all of our mills to find your Special Request or Custom Fabric!

PAYMENT METHODS
Website payments are made securely through PayPal using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A PayPal account is not required.
Orders placed through ICupid Customer Service will be charged through our secure payment gateway using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Complete Credit Card information is required to charge your order - including Name on Card, Billing Address, Billing Phone Number, Card Number, Expiration Date, 3 or 4 digit Security Code, and Email Address to email your payment confirmation.
School Purchase Orders are Accepted for Orders.
- Purchase Orders MUST be issued to "All American Cheerleading"

- Invoices and W-9's can be provided, if needed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
ICupid orders are shipped via USPS First Class Postal Mail without tracking information. Shipping times vary depending upon your region. Upgraded shipping options (USPS/UPS) with tracking are available for an additional charge by contacting ICupid Customer Service at 469-744-1647.
WARRANTY
ICupid products are custom-made to your order. If there are any manufacturing issues
with your garment, ICupid will replace your item with the identical product at no additional charge.
Please contact ICupid Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of your order at ICupid Customer Service Hotline - 469-744-1647.
RETURNS
and EXCHANGES
As ICupid
products are custom made for your order, we can only exchange items if:
(1) The garment has not been washed or worn; or
(2) If your garment does not fit, and you
need to exchange it for another size; and
(3) We are notified
of your request via Email or Phone for a return or exchange within 48 hours of
receipt of your order.
ICupid will exchange your item for a similar item after the original garment is shipped at
customer cost back to ICupid within 7 days of receipt. The new item will be shipped immediately after receipt of the returned item.
ALL other Returns or Exchanges for anything
other than a product defect will be charged a $3 per item restocking fee. Also, any refund
will be minus the original shipping costs.
ICUPID GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
WASHING
INSTRUCTIONS
ICupid products should always be washed
according to the instructions on the garment tag.
- ICupid ALWAYS recommends Hand
Washing your garment inside out in
Cold Water and Hang to Dry.
- Machine washing or
machine drying your custom garment can cause fading or cause it to lose its
shape or fade.
- ICupid will not warranty any garment
that has been machine washed and/or machine dried.
BLINGED
or DECORATED PRODUCTS
If your ICupid item has Rhinestone Bling, Lettering, Logos, and/or Tackle
Twill or any other added decoration, extra
care must be taken by Hand Washing your garment inside out very carefully in Cold
Water and Hang to Dry.
BLING: While extra attention has been given to
your garment in the manufacturing process, occasionally the customized
Rhinestone Bling does come off. This is
beyond our control and is not covered by warranty. However, if this occurs, please contact us within 48
hours of receipt of your order, and we will provide you with some extra Bling
to repair your Blinged garment.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE THAT I CAN VISIT?
No, ICupid / All American Cheerleading is an online store. Also, our factory has moved to Graham, Texas and does not have a storefront. We can offer some of the best prices on high quality products because you are buying factory-direct (and not from China).
